At Pop Funatics, we take pride in our meticulous attention to detail, from sourcing premium materials to ensuring the safe delivery of our products to your doorstep. Damaged or Defective Items (Pop Funatics branded-items only):
We gladly accept returns for any Pop Funatics-branded pop protector or clothing item that arrives damaged or defective, provided that a claim is made within 30 days of the purchase date. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be a Pop Funatics-branded pop protector or clothing item that was purchased within the past 30 days.
Exclusions: Items that have been visibly used, worn, abused, or intentionally damaged and/or are outside of the 30-day return window will not be eligible for return.
Claim Process: If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 30 days of your purchase. We may require photo documentation of the damaged or defective items, as well as images of the shipping packaging. Please retain all shipping materials for potential claims.
Collectibles (Final Sale):
We specialize in collectibles such as Funko Pop figurines and Star Wars Lego sets, which are highly sought after by collectors. Due to the nature of these unique items, all sales of collectibles are considered final. However, we take measures to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase:
Insurance: Each collectible item comes with mail insurance coverage up to the purchase price you paid.
Courier Claim Assistance: In the event of damage during transit, we will work closely with you to gather the necessary receipts and documentation needed to file a claim with the courier. Your satisfaction and customer service remain our top priority.
Limited Edition Collectibles & Pre-Orders (Final Sale):
Please be aware that limited edition collectibles, especially those available for pre-order, may have unique considerations. Due to the nature of these items and the factors beyond our control during their production and shipping, we cannot guarantee the condition of these items upon arrival, nor can we guarantee their replacement if they get damaged, lost, or are otherwise missing.

When do the pre-orders ship?
Pre-orders will ship once they are received and inventoried. Upon inventorying, we will then update all pre-order customers with the corresponding shipping tracking links.

How are the Funko Pops packaged?
All Funko Pops are packaged in the original shipping boxes from Funko. If a shipping box is not available, a complimentary Pop Funatics magnetic hard case may be provided to secure your Funko Pop. In addition to these measures, we may use additional products such as bubble wrap and a secondary box to secure your purchase.
Where do you get your collectibles?
All items are procured and directly purchased from the manufacturers and/or designated exclusive retailers for limited releases. All items are original purchases and never bought on the secondhand market. Thus, we can guarantee the authenticity of all products we stock. All products are brand new from the manufacturers.
How are these products stored?
Most items that are on hand and stocked are stored in an air-conditioned facility, typically still in the original shipping boxes from the manufacturers.
How are prices determined?
Prices are determined based on several factors such as fair market value, rarity of the piece, demand, labor, storage, shipping, and procurement costs. As a small US-based business, we pay the highest in taxes and pay a fair living wage to the team.
It takes time, energy, and money to attend conventions and other events in order to procure these pieces in the quality and condition that we do. We are not simply offering a product. We offer a white-glove service in getting these pieces and connecting them to their future owner in the highest grade of condition possible.

Do you purchase or trade collectibles?
We are currently not purchasing or trading collectibles on the secondhand market for resale. However, we may have an interest in connecting for purchase for a personal collection and/or may know someone who is. We welcome a reach-out should you have inquiries on what we are currently in pursuit of!
